Classes Are Done!!!!

We have finished the required training classes! We got a lot good info on going through this process and with raising the children. There is so much you just don't think about when you have been protected from situations like these. Praying for the wisdom and the strength I need to be the mother this child will need. Hoping to have ALL of the paper work done by this weekend!!! Thanks for all of your prayers and support! Keep praying PLEASE!

Training Classes

We have signed up for our adoption training classes for Sept. 11th and 18th! After that, the home study! We are getting closer and closer to bringing our little girl home! :o)

Reflecting

I am thinking back today over the past 9 months of our life and all the things that went wrong, in our mind, that got us to where we are now. It still amazes me after all I have been through, how God can take the most hopeless of circumstances and turn them into the most beautiful of opportunities. And that is exactly what he is doing now. Somewhere, there is a sweet little girl that life has not been very kind to. Her situation has been anything but ideal and her need for love has been far from fullfilled. Though I don't now all of the details of her journey, I know God is using each and every part of her life to lead her exactly where he wants her, in a relationship with Him. I am just blessed that he is allowing me to participate in that.This is way beyond making lemonade out of lemons! This is God making righteousness out of rags! And praise God that he can do it, because without Him, that is all we are!
